Course Description
~ For any student wishing to gain a fun and interactive
experience, while learning to write basic code
~ Students will learn industry standard JavaScript programming language
~ Fun outdoor activities to break up the day

FEATURING...
​Micro:bit technology

The micro:bit is a pocket-sized computer that introduces you to how software and hardware work together. It has an LED light display, buttons, sensors and many input/output features that you can program and physically interact with.

​Students will learn how to program with this fun and interactive approach, as they physically interact with the micro:bit microcontroller during a variety of challenges.
The micro:bit has 25 programmable LED's to flash messages,
2 programmable buttons to control games,
A built in accelerometer to detect motion,
​and much more!

​Students will even be able to use the micro:bit to make custom designed projects, as they get creative with lights, sounds and movement

EV3 Robots; Build and Program

~ FUN and INTERACTIVE Challenges
​~ Learn hands-on building and engineering skills while building robots

~ Participate in fun and engaging challenges with your friends
~ Learn how robots interact with the real world
~ Learn programming while using Lego MindStorms EV3 software
~ Test and improve your robot design and program as you learn
