Unit 1; Prototyping & Modeling
~Curriculum Highlights~
~ Utilize 3D Printers and/or the Laser Engraver to create custom projects
~ Learn 2D and/or 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Google Drawings and/or SketchUp
~ Each student will bring home their very own custom printed projects!
~ Prototyping processes
~ Increase visual spatial skills
~ Learn valuable computer navigation, downloading, saving & photo importing skills
Projects may include but are not limited to;
Custom designed laser cut and/or 3D printed clocks, mechanical coasters, door or wall signs, keychains, toy tops, lightboxes, bookmarks and more!

~ Explore math and physics (age appropriate) as they apply to engineering concepts in the areas of flight, inertia, Newton’s Laws of Motion, rocketry, compression/tension, friction, drag, mass, shapes and more

~ LIFE SKILLS necessary for young growing minds
~ Apply and learn STEM concepts
~ Gain Multisensory Skills; Visual, spatial & tactile
~ Learn how to safely use basic hand tools
~ Outdoor Activities
