Please Read
Lunch
Camp does not include meals. Each child is responsible for bringing his/her lunch and snacks. Refrigeration will not be provided (unless special circumstance) and no microwave heating of food is allowed due to safety issues. Students enrolled in both sessions usually stay in the room for lunch during the 12:00pm – 1:00pm lunch hour. We eat, socialize and play games. Lunch will be supervised.
Student Drop-Off
Students must be dropped off and picked up behind the new gym at Ridge High School, directly at classroom 623 exterior door (see map below). Students should not be dropped off and left unattended if the instructor is not present. BrainSTEM, its faculty and Bernards TWP BOE will not be held responsible for unattended students in the parking lot prior to staff arrival. Plan on dropping students off no sooner than 15 minutes before the beginning of the first session. If you must leave, consider leaving your child with another parent who is waiting (in the event that instructor is not yet on site).
Student Pick-Up
Students attending the second session must be picked up promptly at 4:00pm. To ensure student safety, please park and come to the exterior classroom door to pick the child up. There will be a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Thereafter, a $25.00 charge will be applied for late pick-ups.
Cancellation/Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made prior to June 23 for *full refund. Thereafter, 50% will be refunded. Due to popularity, there is usually a waiting list. If I can fill your child's seat, I will be happy to refund you in *full. Sessions are not prorated. Refunds will not be issued should any camper miss time for any reason.
* All cancellations, regardless of date, will be subject to a $50 fee.
Returned check fees shall be paid by the issuer of the check.
